So, let's talk about Stephanie. Is she a seller's agent, or a buyer's agent? YES (that's my dramatic way of saying she's both). Six years after buying our first house (which she helped us buy), my family and I outgrew it. We needed to sell our house, and buy a new place, and do it at the exact same time. How was that possible? Stephanie Sullivan. She staged our house so it looked like the beautiful hip gem we always thought it was (she made it look so good we wanted to stay!) She got word of mouth going amongst her peers and potential buyers. She got us beautiful pictures and 360 video, so our potential buyers could imagine walking around inside. And it sold within. . .. 4 hours. With multiple offers. Because she put in the prep work, the hustle, the strategy to sell it. Since she did all that, we could buy comfortably and with more time than we expected; we could find the exact right house for us to move to. And since she got us a price above our listing, we had some more buying room for our new house. Is she a realty ninja? A design and staging genius? A kind, calm, confident hand on the tiller, soothing my selling and buying anxieties? YES. Stephanie is the ideal of a seller's agent, and the ideal of a buyer's agent. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If they had a 6-star rating I'd be clicking on that.
